At LAGOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
